Shocker: The Wilkins Family has NEVER been ice skating together before. 20 years of children in the family, and Monday night was the first time we were ALL out on the ice. Della started out quite timid, but by the end of the night she didn't need much help. It was really impressive that she could get up so quickly after falling (it didn't even phase her). The biggest surprise was that Mom has NEVER been skating before!!! She was pretty fun to watch. I think we should go more often.
